As a trainer working with adult learners, I’d frame it this way: Innovation like blockchain does streamline processes, but that doesn’t have to mean people are left behind. The real challenge is making sure workers get opportunities to reskill so they can move into the new roles that these technologies create. Instead of fearing job loss, we should focus on preparing people for the shift.
